Renowned Educator Rabbi Ruth Adika, Director of "Ohel Sarah" School, Passes Away at 68
Rabbi Ruth Adika, a revered educator and the director of the "Ohel Sarah" school in Rekhasim, passed away at the age of 68. Born in Morocco in 1958, she was known for her dedication to Jewish education and her support of her husband, Rabbi Yoram Yaakov Adika, who heads the "Yakirei Rekhasim" institutions and several yeshivas. For decades, Rabbi Adika led "Ohel Sarah," educating thousands of young women in Torah, modesty, and reverence for God. She endured significant suffering in her later years, which she accepted with faith. Her passing has cast a pall of grief over her family, former students, and the residents of Rekhasim. The funeral was scheduled to depart from her home in Rekhasim on Sunday, September 3rd, at 1:00 PM, proceeding to the Tel Regavim cemetery for burial.
