Bennett Says Netanyahu’s Term Began in Civil Strife and Ended in Failure on Iran
Former prime minister Naftali Bennett said in a statement to the media that Benjamin Netanyahu’s government began with “a civil war,” continued through the October 7 attack, and is ending in “a historic failure” against Iran.
Bennett then answered a question about what he would have done differently. “Everything,” he said. He added that he would have used the political capital he had with “the most supportive president we have ever had” only for Israel’s interests.
According to Bennett, “The countdown to changing the regime in Iran will begin the moment the government in Israel is replaced.”
