Festigal Returns Exclusively to Tel Aviv with Public Transport Subsidies for Distant Children
The Festigal production announced it will continue to perform exclusively in Tel Aviv for the second consecutive year. However, to accommodate children under 18 living more than 50 kilometers away, the organizers will subsidize public transportation costs via Rav-Kav cards, enabling children from southern and northern Israel to attend the show. Previously, the Festigal also toured Jerusalem, Beersheba, and Haifa.
The official name of this year's show is "TOP SECRET Festigal," set to premiere at the end of November during Hanukkah. The lineup includes returning star Noa Kirel after a year’s absence and Eliana Tidhar, the performer with the most appearances in the event. Other participants are Ran Danker, Israel Atias, Yaniv Swissa, Daniel Stiopin, Shahar Taboch, Idan Talem, Hili Toldano, Omer Nudelman, Amir Banai, Shira Zaluf, Noa Estangelov, and Dylan Dror. Eden Ben Zaken will appear as the guest singer.
Ticket sales for the event will begin on August 30. The subsidy initiative aims to ensure wider access to the Festigal experience despite the limited venue location.
