Taiwan inaugurated its first Jewish cemetery in Taipei this week and held the first burial there, for a 73-year-old Israeli man who lived in Taiwan. ZAKA volunteers from Hong Kong and local Chabad emissary Rabbi Shlomi Tabib helped carry out the funeral and burial.
