European Drug Shortages Raise Concerns Over Potential Impact on Israel's Supply
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) recently held a meeting to address ongoing drug shortages and supply disruptions affecting Europe. The agency monitors critical medications and coordinates with EU member states to mitigate patient harm. Among the most affected drugs are ifosfamide and cyclophosphamide, essential chemotherapy agents, which have faced persistent supply unpredictability and shortages since mid-2023.
