Raz Oded and Bank Hapoalim Acquire Fourth Hotel in Greece on Evia Island
ORC LAND, controlled by Israeli businessman Raz Oded and Bank Hapoalim through its investment arm Poalim Equity, has purchased the Evia Riviera Resort on Evia Island, Greece. The purchase price was not disclosed, but the company plans to invest 15 million shekels in renovating the hotel. This marks ORC LAND's fourth hotel acquisition in Greece, adding to its existing properties on Corfu Island and in Athens.
The Evia Riviera Resort is located about an hour's flight from Athens International Airport and spans approximately 18,000 square meters. The resort features around 250 rooms and suites, most with views of the Aegean Sea, along with a private beach, a main swimming pool, a restaurant, three bars, sports courts, a children's club, an amphitheater, and a water sports center.
Raz Oded, who founded and manages ORC LAND, also co-owns the residential real estate company ICR with the Nakash brothers and Israel Canada. ICR primarily operates in central Israel and is managed by Dalit Raviv.
