Midar-Propdo, jointly owned by Midar (51%) and Propdo (49%), secured two significant resident tender wins this week to advance urban renewal projects in southern Israel, according to real estate sources. The larger project is located in Beersheba's Neighborhood E and involves constructing 3,384 housing units. This site currently spans about 60 dunams with 546 apartments across 16 buildings, including 12 railway-style buildings and four additional structures on streets such as HaAliyah and Yehudi Syria. The plan calls for demolishing existing buildings and erecting eight 30-story towers, six 18-story towers, and five mid-rise buildings up to nine stories, alongside commercial spaces. The architectural design is by Miloslavsky Architects. This marks Midar's first and largest project in Beersheba to date. Legal representation for the developer is by attorney Guy Yekutiel, whose firm recently merged with Gilad Baron & Co. The apartment owners are represented by attorney Keren Cohen Belharski. The site organization was led by Avi Brooks of "Management 38" and Yossi Landau of Bold Group, with Pro Engineering supervising and Niv Carmi serving as appraiser for the residents.

In a separate tender, Midar-Propdo will also develop a project in the Shofetim neighborhood of Kiryat Gat, planning 1,335 new housing units and commercial areas on approximately 25 dunams. This replaces 252 existing apartments in 15 buildings. The design includes 14 buildings: four towers up to 24 stories, three towers up to 19 stories, and seven mid-rise buildings up to nine stories, designed by Mosesco Architects. Apartment owners are represented by attorney Merav Amar from the firm of Cohen Belharski, Gafni, Rubens-Vakil, Yanko & Co. A.L. Engineering is the project supervisor, and Uri Rozin is the residents' appraiser. A legal representative for the developer has yet to be appointed. This is Midar's third project in Kiryat Gat.
