Israeli Longevity Med-Tech Startup Factor X Launches with Bar Refaeli and Experts
Israeli businesswoman and international model Bar Refaeli, along with Dr. Inbal Gat, Dr. Shira Or, and entrepreneur Eran Or, have launched Factor X, a med-tech and cosmetics company specializing in cellular longevity. The company recently completed a pre-seed funding round and is currently raising seed capital to expand its development. Factor X is developing a cellular delivery platform based on longevity science principles, designed to introduce biological factors such as RNA directly into skin cells. Unlike existing products that act around the cell, Factor X’s technology targets the cell interior to restore youthful biological function and vitality.
Dr. Inbal Gat, who completed a global longevity medicine program at the American Academy, leads the clinical and medical vision. Dr. Shira Or develops the platform, while Bar Refaeli contributes global recognition and access to marketing and distribution channels. Serial entrepreneur Eran Or, founder and CEO of XRHealth, brings expertise in health tech and medical devices. Refaeli emphasized the innovation, stating the technology is not just another cosmetic product but a development that could transform the cosmetics industry by integrating smart powder into leading global brands.
