Reality Star Hila Krugman Opens Up About Disappointing Wedding Reception Experience

One week after marrying her longtime partner Elad Milech, reality TV personality Hila Krugman shared a candid and emotional post about her wedding day, revealing feelings of hurt and disappointment. The wedding took place when she was 37, and the couple has two children together. Krugman described how the dance floor was nearly empty after the ceremony, leaving her feeling embarrassed and isolated as she danced alone for about 15 minutes before retreating to change dresses and wanting the night to end.

She compared the experience to past feelings of exclusion, saying, "I returned to being that girl who was ostracized and disappeared during breaks because she had no one to be with." Krugman expressed deep sadness that childhood friends and family members, some of whom she said did not even invite her to their weddings, failed to show up or support her on her special day. She noted that only around 11 p.m. did she start to enjoy herself, after deciding to drink alcohol.

Krugman invited 150 guests to the wedding, acknowledging that some close friends and family made significant efforts to celebrate with her and Milech, who is 39. Despite the pain, she emphasized that there were beautiful moments during the event but that the hurt remains strong. She shared her feelings publicly because she anticipates not confronting those who disappointed her face-to-face, stating, "I will probably smile and act normally, but I am hurt, angry, and I will not stay silent." Their children, five-year-old Riley and two-year-old Jason, were also present at the wedding.
