בית המשפט לתביעות קטנות מתח ביקורת קשה על עורך דין שנטש תביעה שהגיש עבור לקוחותיו נגד חברת איתוראן. עורך הדין לא רק נטש את התביעה, אלא גם הסתיר את העובדה שמחק אותה מלקוחותיו במשך כשנה וחצי. בנוסף, הוא סירב להשיב להם את כספם, ככל הנראה את שכר הטרחה ששילמו לו.

בעקבות התנהלותו, בית המשפט פסק כי עורך הדין ישיב ללקוחותיו את מלוא שכר הטרחה שקיבל, וישלם להם פיצויים משמעותיים. פסק הדין מדגיש את חומרת ההתנהלות של עורך הדין ואת הפגיעה באמון הלקוחות.
