Police Seek Public's Help Finding Missing Elderly Man in Danger

Israeli police are appealing to the public for assistance in locating 77-year-old Igor Khanukaev, who has been reported missing from Hadera. Khanukaev was last seen on Shefa Street in the city. Authorities consider him a person at risk, and there are concerns for his life and health. His family has consented to the release of his information.

Khanukaev is described as having a slender build, gray "hedgehog"-style hair, light-colored eyes, and fair skin. He was last seen wearing dark long pants, a light-colored short-sleeved shirt, and black athletic shoes.
