Chasidic Man Arrested for Status Issues Released from Military Prison
A member of the Skver Hasidic community, who was arrested while attempting to resolve his legal status to travel to the United States for the High Holidays, was released today from Military Prison 10. The man's release comes just one day before his eldest son is to undergo a circumcision ceremony.
Meanwhile, the Skver Rebbe, who has been invited to meet with President Trump, will send his eldest son to the meeting. The Rebbe's son is expected to discuss the situation of Torah scholars in the Holy Land with President Trump.
