Solrrom Executives Invest Over $300,000 in Company Stock
Solrrom Holdings, an Israeli defense technology firm, saw significant investment from its leadership and controlling shareholder in August, totaling approximately 1.1 million shekels (about $300,000 USD). The purchases occurred after the company released its periodic financial reports.
The controlling shareholder, M&M Capital, owned by Itai Moldavsky and David Maimon, acquired shares worth about 618,000 shekels, increasing its stake to roughly 40.87% of the company's equity. David Maimon also directly purchased shares valued at approximately 50,000 shekels.
Solrrom's CEO, Matan Rabin, expanded his holdings by purchasing shares worth about 249,000 shekels. Additional interest holder Amit Schindler bought shares amounting to roughly 183,000 shekels.
Solrrom Holdings operates in the industrial-defense sector, specializing in the development and production of electronic systems, electro-mechanical equipment, QCL laser technology, and complex machining for Israel's defense industries. The group operates six manufacturing plants in Israel and employs around 200 people.
These increased holdings by company executives and the controlling shareholder are seen as a positive signal to the market, indicating confidence in the company's future growth.
