Israeli Guard Adam Ariel to Miss Latvia Game Due to Knee Injury
Israeli basketball player Adam Ariel will be absent from the national team's upcoming game against Latvia due to a knee injury. The 31-year-old guard joins teammate Tamir Blatt, who is also sidelined after suffering a hamstring injury in the recent match against Poland. Ariel had been a key contributor in the loss to Poland last Thursday, scoring 12 points, along with 4 assists, 3 rebounds, and 2 steals in 27 minutes of play. Following an MRI scan, Ariel was deemed unfit to participate in the game scheduled for Sunday at 19:00. Coach Ariel Beit Halachmi will have to adjust the roster accordingly as both players are unavailable for the match.
