MK Tzvi Succot Destroys Terrorist Memorials in West Bank Village

Israeli Member of Knesset Tzvi Succot was filmed destroying memorials in a Palestinian village in the West Bank, which sparked media coverage claiming he had smashed monuments in a Palestinian village. However, Succot clarified that these were memorials dedicated to terrorists who had murdered Jews. He emphasized the importance of removing such memorials, stating that children exposed daily to monuments glorifying Jewish killers might be inspired to become terrorists themselves.

Succot, together with members of the right-wing organization The Jewish Voice, has repeatedly petitioned the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in recent weeks to remove these "terror memorials" throughout the region as part of the broader fight against terrorism. He expressed hope that the IDF would act soon to dismantle these sites.

On his social media account, Succot shared footage from the village of Madama, showing the destruction of a large memorial honoring terrorists responsible for killing dozens of Jews. He condemned any support for terrorism within Israel and reiterated his call for the removal of such monuments to prevent the glorification of violence.
