Northern Israeli Farmers Eligible for Grants Based on Revenue to Boost Investments

The Israeli Ministry of Agriculture and the Northern Development Authority have launched a new grant program for farmers located within 0 to 9 kilometers of the northern border. The grants will cover 50% of approved investments in most categories, 60% for purchasing advanced machinery, and up to 80% for establishing and upgrading water infrastructure. The program's budget is set at 100 million shekels for 2026 and 70 million shekels for 2027. Eligible farmers can receive support proportional to their revenue without initially submitting an investment plan. The first application phase is open until September 17.
