Two Palestinians Arrested for Attacking Israeli Soldiers on Private Land in West Bank

Two Palestinian residents in their twenties from Harshaida were arrested overnight on suspicion of attacking two Israeli female soldiers and a tour guide in the West Bank's Area C. The soldiers, who were on leave and not on duty, were touring private Palestinian land near the settlement of Maale Amos in eastern Gush Etzion with a guide when four Palestinians assaulted them with clubs and stones. One soldier sustained a hand injury during the attack. The suspects were transferred to the Etzion police station for further investigation, and police are considering bringing them before a court. Efforts continue to locate and arrest additional suspects involved in the incident.

Separately, a stabbing attack occurred near the village of Uja, where a young Israeli was moderately injured, and the assailant was apprehended. Additionally, a 17-year-old Palestinian was killed by IDF fire near Hebron during an exchange of gunfire with a nearby settlement's security forces.
