Elishiv Harel Appointed Health and Southern Region Correspondent for Galei Tzahal

Elishiv Harel, a discharged soldier from a Haredi family, has been appointed as the health and southern region correspondent for Galei Tzahal, the Israeli military radio station. He shared with friends that this role fulfills a childhood dream and that he aims to become a leading figure in his field.

In an interview with the Haredi news site "Bachadrei Haredim," Harel expressed excitement about starting the role at this particular time. He hopes to amplify the voices of residents in communities and kibbutzim in the southern region and closely follow developments there, alongside covering routine and significant health system issues. Harel emphasized that this new position is a personal milestone and reiterated his ambition to be dominant in the field, stating, "Since I was young, I dreamed of being a reporter; this moment is very emotional for me personally."
