Jerusalem Police Arrest Two Suspects After Finding M-16 Rifle and Ammunition in Vehicle
Jerusalem district police arrested two Arab men in their twenties from East Jerusalem on Thursday evening after they were suspected of firing shots into the air from a vehicle. The incident occurred during an operational activity by detectives from the Shalem station, who heard gunfire and quickly located the vehicle containing the suspects. Upon searching the car, officers discovered an M-16 rifle along with magazines and ammunition. Additionally, spent shell casings were found at the scene. The suspects were taken in for questioning at the Shalem station, and the police stated that the investigation is ongoing.
