Three Arrested After Poolside Fight at King Solomon Hotel in Eilat

A violent altercation broke out on August 15 at the King Solomon Hotel in Eilat, witnessed by children at the hotel pool. The incident began when three guests mocked a woman staying at the hotel, leading to a verbal dispute between her husband and the group. The three men, residents of Beersheba and Ahisamach in their 30s, allegedly attacked the husband at the pool and then followed him to the hotel lobby, where they continued threatening and one physically assaulted him. Police arrived at the scene and arrested the three suspects, who are now under investigation by the Eilat police. Their detention was extended on August 16.

In a separate incident on the same day, a large fight erupted at the Yamit 2000 water park in Holon. The violence started after staff asked visitors to lower their music volume, escalating into a chaotic brawl involving thrown chairs and objects. Two security guards were lightly injured and required medical treatment. The entire water park was subsequently closed to visitors. Video footage circulating online shows the crowd losing control during the incident.
