Three Men Arrested After Violent Fight at King Solomon Hotel in Eilat
A violent altercation occurred on Saturday at the King Solomon Hotel in Eilat involving three men from Beersheba and Ahisamach in their 30s. According to police, the suspects had been acting threateningly in the hotel over recent days and mocked a woman staying there. This led to a verbal dispute between the woman's husband and the three men, which escalated into a physical attack near the hotel pool. After the victim left the pool area, the suspects reportedly followed him to the hotel lobby, continued threatening him with aggressive gestures, and one of them physically assaulted him. The three suspects were arrested and taken for questioning by the Eilat police.
Separately, earlier on the same day, 12 suspects were arrested following a fight at the Yamit 2000 pool in Holon. The incident resulted in two security guards sustaining minor injuries and the closure of the venue to visitors. Police from Holon and the Tel Aviv district responded to the report around 3 p.m., controlled the situation, and detained the suspects, all residents of southern Israel. The police described the background of the Holon incident as criminal in nature, and all detainees were transferred for investigation at the Holon police station.
