Three Suspects in Valley Teen Rape Case Released to House Arrest

A 21-year-old man and two teenage boys were released to house arrest after being detained about three weeks ago on suspicion of raping two teenage girls from the Valley region. The suspects allegedly met the girls at an apartment in the area where the assaults reportedly occurred. One of the suspects, a 17-year-old boy, admitted to having sexual relations but claimed they were consensual.
