US Ambassador to Israel Mike Hackbe clarified his earlier controversial remarks regarding the situation in the West Bank. On social media platform X, he stated that settlers themselves are not the problem in Judea and Samaria. Instead, he pointed to a very small extremist minority as the source of significant harm to both Palestinian families and Israel. Hackbe emphasized that genuine settlers, such as Israel Gantz, chairman of the Yesha Council, condemn the actions of this extremist minority.
