Sanz-Kloiznburg Rebbe Arrives in Israel for High Holiday Visit and Celebrations in Safed

The Sanz-Kloiznburg Hasidic community in Israel is eagerly anticipating the arrival of their Rebbe, who is flying in from his Brooklyn residence for a special and uplifting visit ahead of the High Holidays. After a two-year absence from Israel, the Rebbe is scheduled to land at Ben Gurion Airport at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday morning and will immediately travel to the holy city of Safed. There, he will stay at the guesthouse of the late philanthropist Rabbi Shalom Fisher's family.

The highlight of the visit will take place on the upcoming Shabbat (Parshat Shoftim), when hundreds of Hasidim from across Israel will gather in Safed's Old City to be in the Rebbe's presence. The prayers and festive gatherings (tishim) will be held at the Tomer Devorah complex. Throughout the intense days of this spiritual journey, the Rebbe will meet with followers to offer counsel and blessings.

In addition to religious events, the Rebbe will attend several joyous occasions within the holy court, including the wedding of his devoted grandson and community leader in Israel, philanthropist Azriel Tauber, as well as the wedding of philanthropist Eliyahu Shlosberg, a prominent supporter of the Hasidic group. The Rebbe will also visit Netanya to pray at the gravesite of his father, the late "Shefa Chaim" Rebbe of Sanz-Kloiznburg, leading the Hasidic crowd in seeking divine mercy and favor for the upcoming year.

A dedicated team of organizers is managing all logistical arrangements for the visit, including transportation, accommodations, and prayer services, ensuring a smooth and inspiring pilgrimage for the Rebbe and his followers.
