Kabbalistic Leaders Visit Safed and Other Hasidic Events Across Israel and Abroad
The Admor (Hasidic Rebbe) of Arloi is currently resting in the holy city of Safed, Israel, with recent footage capturing his post-Shabbat moments in the city. Additionally, the Admor of Zutshka visited the Arloi Rebbe's residence during the past week, highlighting ongoing interactions among Hasidic leaders.
In Brooklyn, while many residents vacation in the mountains, the Bobov 45 Hasidic community held their annual fundraising dinner in Monsey, New York, led by their Rebbe. The event was notably successful, benefiting the community's institutions.
A special delegation led by Rabbi Yisrael Menachem Alter, son of the Gur Rebbe, visited the Radzymin city hall in Poland to finalize an unprecedented agreement to fence off a cemetery area that had been converted into a road and garden. The mayor of Bnei Brak, Hanokh Zeibert, and the CEO of the Housing Ministry, Yehuda Morgenstern, participated, and the mayor received a personal letter from Israeli President Isaac Herzog.
In Kiryat Gat, a grand ceremony was held at the Kretshnif Yeshiva honoring outstanding students who excelled in their Talmudic studies, with speeches from rabbis, parents, and public figures, culminating in awards and certificates.
In Bnei Brak, the Ozharov Rebbe suffered a cardiac event at the Hasidic center on Chazon Ish Street and was transported to Tel Hashomer hospital after receiving emergency treatment. Prayers for his recovery were fervently offered in local synagogues.
Other notable events include the arrival of the Kretshnif Sighet Rebbe in Antwerp for a visit and Shabbat prayers, the visit of Rabbi Yitzchak Twersky, son of the Skverer Rebbe, to strengthen the Bnei Brak community, and a scenic Hasidic lesson given by Rabbi Menachem Ernster of Vizhnitz in Davos, Switzerland.
Thousands of Vizhnitz Hasidim gathered at the Western Wall for a prayer rally for the health of their Rebbe, who is currently in a weakened state. The event was one of the largest in recent years, featuring heartfelt prayers and singing.
In Monsey, a major donation of $10 million was made by philanthropist Abraham Yehuda Goldberger to purchase a building for the Beit Rachel institutions, in memory of his late father and for the merit of his mother.
