Samsung Unveils Galaxy S26 FE Specs Ahead of September Launch
Samsung is set to officially announce the Galaxy S26 FE in early September, with leaks revealing key details about the upcoming device. The phone will feature a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a resolution of 2340x1080 pixels and a refresh rate up to 120Hz, offering a peak brightness of 1900 nits. Powering the device is Samsung's Exynos 2500 processor, a 10-core chip clocked up to 3.3GHz, paired with 8GB of RAM and storage options of 128GB or 256GB.
The Galaxy S26 FE will include a sizable 4900mAh battery supporting fast charging at 45W. Photography capabilities include a 50-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. Video recording supports 8K at 30fps and 4K at 60fps. The design aligns with the new Galaxy S26 series aesthetic, featuring flat back and frame, a unified camera island, a thickness of 7.4mm, and a weight of 193 grams. It will also have IP68 certification for water and dust resistance.
The device will be available in three colors: gray, light green, and light blue. The official launch is expected at the IFA 2026 event in early September. The estimated European price is around 799 euros (approximately 2,767 shekels), with Israeli pricing and release dates yet to be announced.
