Rabbi Dov Lando Condemns Government Policies on Yeshiva Draft at Raksam Event

Rabbi Dov Lando, a leading figure in the Lithuanian ultra-Orthodox community, delivered a sharp critique of the Israeli government's approach to drafting yeshiva students during a large gathering in Raksam, northern Israel. Speaking before hundreds of residents and rabbis at a major community event, he described the situation as a persecution of Torah study and accused "wicked elements in Israel" of plotting to degrade the honor of Torah scholars.
