Aliza Bloch Supports Arab Representation in Broad Israeli Government, Ardan Sets Limits

Aliza Bloch, who recently joined Gilad Erdan's new political party, expressed support for Arab representation in a broad Israeli government. In an interview with Channel 12, Bloch stated, "Certainly, there is room for everyone," emphasizing the party's goal of forming as inclusive a government as possible. She explained that Erdan's departure from Likud and attendance at recent events were motivated by this vision of a wide-ranging coalition.

Bloch further clarified that participation should be open to anyone willing to commit to the state and its sovereignty, saying, "Anyone who wants to be part of the state, does not give up on statehood, and is ready to take part, will be included." However, Gilad Erdan himself made clear the party's stance on cooperation with Arab parties, stating, "We will under no circumstances sit with Arab parties that support terror. There may be room for patriotic, Zionist Arabs who love the country." This distinction underscores the party's openness to Arab citizens who align with its values while rejecting alliances with parties linked to terrorism.
