Jewish Teen Attacked with Metal Chair at Miami Starbucks by Woman Shouting Hate
An 18-year-old Jewish man was brutally attacked last Sunday at a Starbucks inside a store in North Miami Beach, Florida. According to his police statement and local media interviews, the assault began without any prior interaction. The attacker, 43-year-old Chevonne Juanita Palmer, approached the victim shouting, initially striking his head and shoulder with a cellphone. After a brief pause, she returned waving a metal chair and repeatedly shouting "I hate them." Two bystanders intervened, preventing the chair from hitting the victim and escorting him inside the store where he hid. North Miami Beach police arrested Palmer at the scene. She faces multiple serious charges including aggravated assault, hate crime assault, and reckless conduct. Palmer was later released on bail.
