Israeli police arrested three 22-year-old Bedouin men from the Negev region after a police chase on Highway 6. The driver attempted to evade a police roadblock near Beit Kama junction, collided with another vehicle, and then fled on foot. Police caught the suspects and found approximately 2.2 kilograms of cocaine, about 14 grams of ecstasy, and five mobile phones in the vehicle. The suspects were taken to Beersheba police station for questioning and have since been detained. They are expected to appear in court for a hearing today. The operation was based on prior intelligence regarding drug possession, leading to the planned roadblock and subsequent pursuit.
