Nina Biancha Expands Popular Mediterranean Brunch to Weekdays in Kiryat Ekron

Nina Biancha, a Mediterranean and Italian-inspired brunch spot in Kiryat Ekron, is expanding its service to include Monday through Thursday in addition to its established Friday brunch. The venue, rooted in a family history that began in Libya and later Italy, offers a rich buffet featuring cheeses, pastries, fresh vegetables, salads, smoked fish, and desserts, alongside a selection of main breakfast dishes such as eggs Benedict with spinach hollandaise, shakshuka, borek with arisa, and smoked salmon pastries. The brunch experience also includes one complimentary hot drink per guest. Chef Yarin Amira explained that the expansion responds to growing demand from diners eager to enjoy the high-quality brunch experience during the week, not just on weekends. The restaurant is located at 1 Barkat Street, Kiryat Ekron, and holds local rabbinical kosher certification (Chalav Yisrael).
