Israeli NBA player Deni Avdija, despite leading the league last season with 19.4 drives per game and scoring 10.1 points per game from drives, among the highest in the NBA, was notably absent from the top ten list in this category.

Avdija recorded 24 dunks last season, but the top ten list was led by players such as Anthony Edwards, who had 48 dunks and a rating of 97, Jalen Johnson, and Amman Thompson, both with ratings of 96 and over 80 dunks each. Two of Avdija's teammates, Ja Morant and Ziaire Sharp, made the top ten with ratings of 96 and 95 respectively. Other notable players on the list include Jalen Brown, Aaron Gordon, Zach LaVine, Derrick Jones Jr., and Mac McClung.
