Grenade Attacks Damage Rami Levy Store and Luxury Tower in Central Israel

In the early hours of August 6, 2026, a grenade was thrown at a Rami Levy Stock branch under construction in Ramla, causing damage to the building's facade. The store was scheduled to open in the coming days. Around the same time, another grenade was hurled at a luxury tower in the Park Tzameret neighborhood of northern Tel Aviv, damaging the entrance floor.

Earlier on Monday night, a stun grenade was thrown at the entrance of a residential building on Nissim Aloni Street in the same area, causing minor property damage but no injuries. Police forces from the Yarkon district, including bomb disposal experts, responded to the scenes, collected evidence, reviewed security footage, and interviewed witnesses to track down suspects who fled.

Additionally, between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, police received reports of an explosion near the Medical Center in Herzliya. No damage or injuries were reported. Investigators suspect the incident involved a stun grenade and consider the motives to be criminal.
