Yesh Atid Faces Major Losses as Only 6-8 MKs Expected to Return to Knesset

Yesh Atid is experiencing a significant decline in recent polls, causing serious concern among its current members of the Knesset. According to i24NEWS journalist Amiel Yerachy, party insiders acknowledge that this drop in electoral strength will directly threaten the parliamentary seats of many sitting MKs. Private discussions within the party reveal a grim forecast that only between six and eight MKs from Yesh Atid are likely to secure seats in the next Knesset. This implies that most of the current faction members may lose their positions and end their parliamentary careers.

The internal estimates identify a very limited list of MKs expected to retain their seats, including party leader Yair Lapid, former minister Meir Cohen, MK Merav Ben Ari, former minister Merav Cohen, and MK Naor Shiri. Other current Yesh Atid MKs face a challenging reality with slim chances of re-election if the party's polling continues to decline ahead of the elections.
