Bezeq Reports 38% Net Profit Surge in Q2 2026, Declares NIS 515 Million Dividend

Bezeq Group, led by Chairman Tomer Rabed and CEO Nir David, announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2026, showing continued growth in its core operations. Core revenues, excluding fixed-line telephony, wholesale services in Pelephone, private customers in Bezeq International, and Bezeq Online, reached approximately NIS 2.03 billion, marking a 4% increase. Total revenues rose by 1.4% to about NIS 2.17 billion.

The company declared a dividend payout of NIS 515 million, comprising NIS 415 million in cash and the remainder through a share buyback. This new buyback follows the completion of a previous NIS 150 million program within a multi-year framework totaling NIS 800 million. Bezeq Fixed-Line core revenues were around NIS 998 million, up 1.9%, with a comparative net profit of approximately NIS 259 million, a 20% rise. The fiber optic network now covers 3.03 million households, with 1.06 million subscribers connected. The average revenue per user (ARPU) for retail internet customers increased to NIS 142 from NIS 136 in the same quarter last year.

Pelephone reported revenues of NIS 511 million, a 3% increase, and a comparative net profit of NIS 34 million. Its subscriber base reached 2.71 million, including 1.47 million on 5G packages. The company experienced a negative free cash flow of about NIS 49 million, mainly due to new collective labor agreement payments and timing of equipment procurement. Yes, the television company, continued its recovery trend with revenues of NIS 348 million, the highest in about eight years, and a comparative net profit of NIS 12 million, reversing a NIS 22 million loss from the previous year. Its subscriber count stood at 563,000, a slight decline of about 2,000 from the prior quarter. Bezeq International closed the quarter with revenues of NIS 276 million and a comparative net profit of NIS 11 million.
