Real Estate Deal Between Haim Katzman and Tzachi Abu Collapses After One Month
A month after signing a deal for the sale of control in the commercial real estate company G City, the transaction between Haim Katzman and Tzachi Abu has fallen apart. The deal involved the sale of a 26% stake in G City from Katzman's Norstar to Ari Nadlan, controlled by businessman Tzachi Abu, for 661 million shekels, valuing the company at 2.55 billion shekels.
The breakdown occurred after relations between Katzman and the buyers deteriorated over the past two weeks. The key issue was an agreement signed by Tzachi Abu to bring in additional investors, Yaron Adiv and Kidan Dahari, without Katzman's knowledge. Subsequently, Abu included the real estate company Yespro, owned by Adiv and Dahari, in the transaction.
This development ended the initial agreement and halted the planned transfer of control in G City. The parties have not announced any further steps following the collapse of the deal.
