Police seek public help finding missing at-risk 19-year-old from Kiryat Arba

Israeli police are asking for the public’s help in locating Shmuel Rotzky, a 19-year-old at-risk missing person from Kiryat Arba. He was last seen on June 6 in the Petah Tikva area.

According to police, Rotzky is 1.80 meters tall, has a medium build, light brown or blond hair, and green eyes. Authorities did not provide any additional details about the circumstances of his disappearance.
