Israeli cybersecurity company BioCatch has been acquired by Visa for $2.4 billion in cash. Founded in Israel, BioCatch specializes in behavioral biometrics and fraud prevention technologies. To date, the company has raised $115 million from venture capital funds and private investors. It currently employs approximately 400 people.
