Justice Minister Sa'ar Clarifies He Advised MKs Against Self-Recording in Supreme Court Affidavit

Justice Minister Gideon Sa'ar submitted an affidavit to the Supreme Court stating that no directive was given to Knesset members to record themselves. On the contrary, he explicitly reminded them not to document themselves. The affidavit responds to claims suggesting otherwise and highlights that the government legal advisor, who initially rushed to open an investigation suspecting false affidavits against the coalition, has since remained silent and has not ordered a cautionary investigation into MK Sharren Haskel.
