IDF Eliminates Hamas Administrative Head in Central Gaza's Deir al-Balah

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Shin Bet have intensified operations targeting the leadership and administrative structures of Hamas in the Gaza Strip. Recently, IDF forces killed Sheikh Kamal Abu Muailik, also known as Abu Nabhan, who served as the head of Hamas's administrative authority in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza. The targeted strike was carried out against a residential apartment where Abu Nabhan was located. Palestinian reports indicate that his wife was also killed in the attack, with several others injured to varying degrees around the building.

This operation is part of a series of targeted killings by the IDF in recent days aimed not only at Hamas's military wing but also at dismantling the civilian and administrative mechanisms that enable the organization to govern Gaza. The ongoing campaign reflects Israel's strategy to increase pressure on Hamas's control and operational capabilities within the territory.
