Israeli National Security Minister Rejects Peace Council's Draft Agreement

Israeli National Security Minister and member of the Security Cabinet, Itamar Ben-Gvir, publicly rejected the draft agreement released by the Peace Council. Ben-Gvir stated that the draft is unacceptable to Israel, especially in the aftermath of the October 7 massacre. He emphasized that "the blood of every Hamas member is on their head," and argued that any commitment to halt targeted killings of terrorist organization members would effectively allow Hamas to regroup and prepare for future attacks.
