Netflix's 'Find Me' Becomes One of Most-Watched English Series in 39 Days
Netflix's new miniseries "Find Me," based on Harlan Coben's novel, has rapidly entered the platform's top ten most-watched English-language series, accumulating 101.9 million views within its first 39 days since its June 18 release. It currently ranks tenth historically, just below the third season of "Bridgerton," which has 106 million views. The series recently reclaimed the number one spot on the global English-language series chart with 7.3 million views in the past week.
The Netflix ranking counts views within the first 91 days of release, leaving "Find Me" about seven weeks to potentially climb higher. In Israel, the show has been the most-watched series for six consecutive weeks, appearing continuously in the country's top ten since its debut. Globally, it reached number one in 81 countries and has held the top position for five non-consecutive weeks, a feat not seen since the second season of "Wednesday" in September 2025.
The eight-episode series stars Sam Worthington as David Burroughs, a man sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of his son, a crime he denies. When his former sister-in-law, played by Brit Lawver, presents evidence suggesting his son might be alive, he escapes prison to find him. The cast also includes Milo Ventimiglia, Logan Browning, Chi McBride, Erin Richards, and Madeline Stowe.
Harlan Coben expressed his excitement over the show's success, calling it a tremendous honor and motivation to work harder on future projects. "Find Me" is the second Coben adaptation to enter Netflix's historical top ten, following "The Stranger." Since Netflix began releasing weekly charts in 2021, adaptations of Coben's works have appeared 41 times globally and ranked in the top tens in 93 countries, amassing over 450 million views in 2023 alone.
The series' popularity has also boosted sales of the original book by over 500% since the show's announcement and trailer release on June 1. Meanwhile, filming has started in New York on another Coben adaptation, "Myron Bolitar," a 12-book series about a former basketball player turned sports agent who investigates crimes involving his clients. Colin Woodell stars as Bolitar, with KJ Apa and Diane Guerrero among the cast, and David E. Kelley and Kyle Long serving as showrunners and executive producers.
