Shomron Choir Honors Widows Starting New Chapters in T'uvah Love Clip

Ahead of T'uvah, the Jewish holiday of love, dozens of women from the Shomron Hadar Ganim Choir, led by Naama Zanbar, released a new music video dedicated to widows who remarried and courageously began new lives. The clip features a unique blend of Shuli Rand's "Lev Lavan" and The Dudaim's "In This Summer You'll Wear White," symbolizing love, healing, and hope. Filmed by an all-female team on the seashore, the choir members sing in harmony and build a symbolic wedding canopy on the sand, representing the complex journey from loss to rebuilding a home.

Among the participants is Or Elharar Shpilman, who lost her husband Lt. Col. Itamar HY"D in a terror attack in Bnei Moshe and recently remarried Yotam Shpilman. Another choir member, Deborah Gutman, who also remarried after widowhood, appears with her face obscured. The production incorporates poignant memorial symbols, including a bride's bench dedicated to Sahar Mizani HY"D and a canopy honoring Lt. Eitan Avner HY"D, blending remembrance with hope.

The project was entirely female-driven, from musical arrangement to filming and editing, as a heartfelt tribute to widows embracing life anew despite their pain. The production and conducting were led by Naama Zanbar, with musical production, filming, and editing by Moria Moses and Shfa Levy.
