Meanwhile, Mohamed Abu Fani, formerly a teammate of Kanikovski at Maccabi Tel Aviv, featured for 61 minutes in Red Star Belgrade's 3-1 victory over Vojvodina. Additionally, Rotem Klar was on the pitch for 80 minutes as his team, Debrecen, lost 2-0 to Puskás Akadémia, also in Hungary.
