The Safeme watch is designed to be user-friendly for young children, enabling them to activate emergency features easily if needed. Yuval’s father emphasized that such incidents can happen to anyone and urged parents to maintain constant vigilance, even during routine family outings. While the company stresses that technology is not a substitute for parental supervision, it serves as an additional safety layer to facilitate quicker emergency responses and provide peace of mind.

Experts note that smart watches for children have become increasingly common due to their combined communication, tracking, and emergency functions in a compact device. However, they caution that no technology can replace adult supervision, which remains the primary responsibility for child safety.
