Brush Fire Closes Sections of Highway 7 and Highway 6 Near Shorak Interchange

Fire and Rescue Services reported that Highway 7 has been closed due to a brush fire spreading to a field and hay piles alongside the road. Police spokespersons detailed that Highway 7 was closed eastbound before the Shorak Interchange. Additionally, Highway 6 was closed southbound before the Shorak Interchange, with traffic being redirected west on Highway 7. Highway 6 was also closed northbound before the Shorak Interchange as a precautionary measure.
