Actress Liron Weissman Marries Businessman Asi Tuchmaier

Actress Liron Weissman, 46, married businessman Asi Tuchmaier, 57, on Thursday night. Tuchmaier is one of the owners of the Israeli real estate company Canada-Israel. Singer Ishay Ribo officiated the ceremony.

Weissman, who keeps her private life out of the spotlight, first revealed the relationship in October last year when she posted a photo of the two embracing on a yacht and wrote, "My heart."

Before this marriage, Weissman was married until 2017 to director and screenwriter Yuval Sheferman, and they have two daughters. Sheferman is now in a relationship with actress Dina Sanderson, and Weissman says she remains on very good terms with Sanderson. Weissman recently wished Sanderson happy birthday on Instagram, writing at the time that "apparently you need to choose a smart husband so he can choose his next wife well."

Tuchmaier divorced in recent years and has three children from his previous marriage. Beyond her acting career, where she is remembered for roles such as Mimi in "HaAlufa" and Lia in "Mishkav HaChayim," Weissman is also a registered nurse and completed nursing studies about six months ago.
