Israeli Animal Shelters Host Adoption Events to Find Homes for Dogs and Cats

Multiple animal welfare organizations across Israel are hosting adoption events to find permanent homes for numerous dogs and cats in need. The campaigns feature a variety of animals, from puppies and kittens to adult dogs, each with unique personalities and backgrounds.

Among the dogs available are Prince, a year-and-a-half-old friendly dog who walks well on a leash; Nana, a three-month-old mixed-breed puppy expected to grow to medium-large size; and Chazi, an 11-month-old affectionate dog who gets along well with other dogs. Adoption days are scheduled for July 24 at Park HaNetzach in Ramat Hasharon and July 25 at Gan HaNoflim in Petah Tikva, both from 10:00 to 14:00, with adoption kits provided to new owners.

Other organizations like "Friend for Me" in Ra'anana and Kfar Saba, "Klavlove" in Kibbutz Yizre'el, and "New Life for Dogs" in Tel Aviv also present dogs such as Geri, a lively nine-month-old puppy; Shula, a one-year-old playful dog; and Chupa, a one-and-a-half-year-old trained dog who loves children. Adoption events are held regularly, with contact details provided for scheduling meetings.

Cats are also available for adoption, including Benmayo, a gentle tabby cat, and Lola, a calm seven-year-old cat who enjoys cuddling. The "Kfar Saba and Ra'anana Love Animals" group facilitates cat adoptions by appointment.

The municipal shelter in Ashdod offers dogs like Jimbo, a two-year-old well-trained dog, and Chirius, a one-year-old affectionate dog, all having completed basic obedience training. The shelter encourages visits and meetings by appointment.

Each animal has a story and is described with details about temperament, training, and compatibility with families, children, and other pets. The organizations emphasize the life-changing impact of adoption for both the animals and their new families, inviting the public to participate in upcoming adoption days or arrange visits via WhatsApp and social media platforms.
