A 26-year-old man sustained moderate injuries after slipping off his electric scooter on Ramallah Road in Jerusalem. The accident was self-inflicted, with eyewitnesses reporting that the rider lost control and injured his limbs. United Hatzalah medics provided initial treatment at the scene before transporting him by ambulance to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital for further care. Senior medic and ambulance driver Dudi Rozenwald, along with medic Ze'ev Fishman from United Hatzalah's rapid response unit, confirmed the rider's condition as moderate following the incident.
