Northern Israel Hotel Expands With New Conference Center to Attract Visitors

The Travelers Hotel chain inaugurated a new main building this week at its Travelers Village hotel near the Jordan River, close to Sde Nehemia, investing 20 million shekels. The new facility features a conference and event hall accommodating up to 120 guests, along with seating areas and open hospitality spaces. A specially built wooden boat stands as the centerpiece of the space. Earlier in February, supported by the Ministry of Tourism, the hotel added 34 new cabins, increasing its cabin capacity by about 50%. Bat Chen Yeshua, CEO of the chain, emphasized that despite the northern region undergoing recovery and returning to routine, they chose to continue investing in development, innovation, and creating new hospitality experiences. She stated, "We are working together with the entire tourism sector to bring visitors back to the area, which for us is a declaration of confidence in the north and its enormous potential."
